This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, cancellations, and returns may be requested for services and products provided through our platform.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the products and services offered, all sales are final and non-refundable under all circumstances.

1. Free Trial Availability

A free trial is provided to all users to evaluate and verify the digital vCard service before subscribing.

By proceeding with the purchase, You acknowledge that You have had reasonable opportunity to test the Service during the free trial period.

Therefore, no refunds will be issued for digital plans, subscriptions, or service fees.

2. Customized Physical Cards

All physical NFC or printed cards are:

Individually customized based on client design requirements
Produced only after the client reviews and approves the final design
Printed specifically for each order and cannot be reused, resold, or repurposed

As each card is manufactured uniquely for every customer, returns, cancellations, and refunds are not applicable in any form, manner, or aspect once an order is placed or design approval is provided.

Order Cancellation

Digital service orders cannot be cancelled after activation.
Physical card orders cannot be cancelled after You approve the final design for printing.
In the event of a technical billing error, the Company reserves the right to review and resolve the issue at its sole discretion.

Exceptions

No exceptions are provided under this policy, except in cases where:

A legal obligation requires a different course of action, or
The Company, at its sole discretion, determines that a refund is justified due to an internal error.

Such exceptions, if applicable, do not establish precedent for future claims.

We may modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page, and the “Last updated” date will be revised accordingly.
