1. Shipping Timeline

Physical cards will be shipped within 5 business days from the date of final design approval provided by the client.

Production timelines begin only after the client formally approves the final design.

2. Delivery Delays

Once an order is handed over to the shipping or courier partner:

  • Delivery timelines are subject to the logistics provider.
  • Any delays arising due to courier issues, transportation disruptions, weather conditions, operational challenges, or third-party concerns are beyond the Company’s control.
  • The Company shall not be held responsible or liable for any delivery delays caused by external parties.

3. Shipping Damages

We take utmost care in packaging and dispatching all physical products. However, damages that occur during transit are handled under the following conditions:

  • Shipping damages will undergo a detailed and formal investigation with the courier partner.
  • Clients must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged package at the time of receiving the shipment.
  • Evidence must include:
  • The outer packaging,
  • The damaged product, and
  • The courier label.

Providing accurate proof ensures that the investigation process proceeds smoothly and without delays.

The outcome of the investigation will determine whether a replacement or further action is applicable. The Company does not guarantee a replacement unless verified by the courier partner’s damage assessment.


4. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

The Company is not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery details provided by the client,
  • Recipient unavailability,
  • Courier attempts exceeding their retry policy.

Any additional charges due to re-delivery or address modification are the responsibility of the client.

We may update this Shipping and Delivery Policy periodically. Updates take effect immediately upon being posted on this page.
